A cracked screen is always painful, especially when the machine hasn’t been used for very long, and it hurts even more.
Near Sidcup, a customer who has supported us all the way from Tung Chung to London came to us for help after accidentally cracking the screen on a MacBook Pro 16” 2021, which only started being used after arriving in the UK.
The customer, who has always been very kind, brought many souvenirs this time enough to fill the entire table. Many thanks 😌
