If a MacBook shows no response even when it’s plugged in, the lucky cases are usually a dead battery; the unlucky ones are a failed logic board. A MacBook Pro 2013 that can’t update its operating system isn’t the end of the road, there are possible solutions. If the SSD capacity is too small, it can be upgraded as well.
