A cracked screen is always painful, especially when the machine hasnโt been used for very long, and it hurts even more. Near Sidcup, a customer who has supported us all the way from Tung Chung to London came to us for help after accidentally cracking the screen on a MacBook Pro 16โ 2021, which only started being used after arriving in the UK.
