In London, a MacBook Pro 13" 2020 had a battery issue. Upon opening the device on-site, it was discovered that the battery had been replaced previously.
The key issue was that during the previous replacement, the entire packaging film was left attached to the battery and installed directly into the machine. Unsurprisingly, the battery failed due to overheating.
