A MacBook Air 13โ 2020 was sent from Nottingham. The LCD of it has to be replaced, and we are asked to check the keyboard as it would often stop working. When we opened the back cover, the problem was very obvious as there was water went into it. It ended up with LCD and controller board replacements to solve all problems.
In Nottingham, a MacBook 12โ 2017 had a failed battery and wouldnโt even power on. The very kind owner was willing to drive down and meet at a convenient halfway point for both of us, where the battery replacement was completed on the spot.
