iMac Data Recovery
Hard drives can fail without warning, and whether the data can be recovered often comes down to luck. This iMac 27" 2017 at Colindale with a failed hard drive. Fortunately, we were able to recover most of the customer's data. The customer then decided to upgrade the machine with a 2TB SSD, add an extra 16GB RAM, and update macOS all the way to Sequoia. Once completed, the iMac felt like a brand-new machine again.

Data Recovery in East London
A 15 year old MacBook Pro, from the era when the machines still had a SuperDrive. It is not surprise if one breaks down today and the owner decides not to repair it. This MacBook Pro 13” 2011 from East London was confirmed to have a faulty logic board. The owner decided not to proceed with the repair and only wanted to recover the data. Although the hard drive itself had already started to develop problems, fortunately the data was still successfully retrieved.
